Upcoming changes to shipping.

I wanted to take a brief moment to let y'all know that we will need to make some necessary changes to our shipping pricing soon. Due to the current economic climate with fuel prices, shipping charges have spiked in the last few years.

To be as transparent as possible, here's a real example of what is costs for us to send packages.

Shipping to a state in the east coast is extremely expensive on small orders. For example, if we ship a single Surging Sparks ETB from Glendale AZ to Aldie VA, it costs us $10.11. Our profit margins are extremely low on most items as we are trying to bring you the lowest possible prices on items, this is a real breakdown.

The sale earns us $85 (excluding taxes)

Product Cost - $74 Shipping Supplies - $0.60

Payment Fee - $2.55 (fee accessed by PayPal/CC companies) Shipping Label - $5.11 (remainder not covered by buyer) __________________________ Total Earned - $2.74 That's a profit margin of 3.2%

Nearly every other LGS out there is getting these ETBs at ~$40 (first wave preorders) and then selling them for $90-$100 a margin of 60%, nearly 20x our margin. We are doing everything we can to secure more product at a better price, but we want to make sure all of you are aware of why these changes are occurring.

We have increased our shipping rate from the flat $5, up to $7.50.

We are also adding an express shipping option for $20 if you wish to get your order sooner.

We appreciate your understanding in this matter, it's not an easy choice to make, but if we want to expand the business to offer the best value on more products, we have to make some changes moving forward.
