ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you place an order, and wish to cancel the entire order, you may do so as long as it has not shipped out. You will be charged a 10% restocking and cancellation fee for doing so.
If your order contains an item that you wish to cancel, but you wish to keep the rest of your order, you may have that item canceled from your order, and a 5% restocking fee will be applied.
If your order has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled and will not be refunded. Due to the nature of the products being sold, and to protect the integrity of our inventory, we will not accept returns.

PRE-ORDER POLICY
Orders containing items that are in a "preorder" status will not be shipped until all items in the order are available. Any customer who wishes to have their order split, and have the in-stock items shipped separately, can do so, but will incur an additional shipping charge.
Any canceled preorders will incur a 10% non-refundable cancellation fee.
